Is HoneyDay honey raw?Yes, HoneyDay honey is raw. It is directly extracted and minimally filtered, retaining pollen, enzymes, and small particles of beeswax.

Does crystallisation mean honey is spoiled or adulterated?Crystallisation is a natural process and does not indicate spoilage or adulteration. It occurs due to the high glucose content in honey and can be accelerated by lower temperatures. To liquefy crystallised honey, gently warm it in a water bath below 45°C.

How should honey be stored?Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight & moisture. Use only completely dry spoons. Keep the lid closed tightly to prevent moisture absorption, which leads to fermentation of honey.

Are Monofloral honey varieties artificially flavoured?No, monofloral honey varieties are not artificially flavored.Monofloral honey, by definition, gets its distinct flavor and characteristics from the nectar of a single type of flower.Beekeepers place hives near specific blooming flowers to encourage bees to collect nectar from that particular source, resulting in a honey with the unique qualities of that flower.
