Forest Honey - From Jim Corbett

Our hives sit at the edge of the Jim Corbett tiger reserve. The bees forage on wild flowers in the forest, making this a challenging honey to procure. This dark amber honey is nutritionally rich & dense with pollen, with a jammy & earthy flavour and close to three times the pollen of our other honeys. Harvested from beeboxes, no wild bees were hunted in the process.
