Kumaon Honey

A dark amber multifloral honey from the foothills of the Himalayas in Kumaon — unlike most of our range which are monofloral, this one is single origin multifloral, meaning the bees foraged from many wildflowers but exclusively within this one pristine region. That's what gives it its mossy, earthy aroma and a mild, grounded flavour with quiet depth. The place does all the work.
