Lychee Honey

An extra light amber honey sourced from lychee orchards in Darjeeling — also called breakfast honey, because its mild, fresh character makes it the most approachable of the single origin varieties, and the one kids tend to love most. Single origin honey takes on the flavour of its source flower, which is why this one is grape-y and gently fruity rather than generically sweet. Light, cool finish — easy to love.
